Hello from Leslie Hi All! I hope you?re enjoying your summer. I don?t know about you, but I love the warm weather. Life?s a little crazy right now. Clay and I love the outdoors, so when we?re not working, we?re trying to pack in as much time as we can out camping, riding four-wheelers and doing the things we love with family and friends. The StoryTellers office along with everyone?s family took off yesterday for a great outing at an outdoor swimming pool in the bottom of a beautiful canyon. It was so much fun to get out of the office together, play with the kids and eat good food. The guys had fun catching craw-dads in the stream and showing the kids before turning them loose. (One even got away and went for a swim in the pool before we got him back safely where he belongs.) I?m really excited about the start of this monthly newsletter. Our plan is to update all our members on the fun new things happening at StoryTellers Club. It also gives me the opportunity to share a little about myself and hopefully through this process I will get to know each of you better. I?m especially excited about a new program we are launching this month called ?Creative Expressions Workshop?. Our incredible designer, Alayna Marriott, will help us expand our scrapbooking skills to other memory preserving and creative ideas. I introduce the first two projects in this newsletter. Other items I will be sharing with you each month are our upcoming travel schedules and what and who?s new at StoryTellers. In the future, we?ll also be offering some incredible savings on scrapbooking supplies. Well, enough of the introductions, lets get started on StoryTellers first ever, monthly newsletter!   StoryTellers News and Info To start with, I thought I?d let you know what?s happening here at StoryTellers. This time of year is pretty crazy with all the scrapbook conventions we go to. We absolutely love meeting our StoryTellers Family and Friends when you stop by and say hi. Our next conventions are in San Diego on August 17th & 18th, and Chicago on the 24th and 25th. If you can, stop by the booth and say hi. We?d love to meet you and hear any suggestions or tips you may have to help make our monthly packs even better. Clay and I have been attending each of the conventions this year, usually 2 a month. Even though you won?t hear him admit it to his friends, he?s becoming quite the little scrapbooker. How many of your husbands can carry on a conversation about cropping techniques and the best scrapbooking products to use for the given task? I don?t know if I should be proud or embarrassed? Either way, stop by our booth and test his knowledge, he loves kidding around with the ladies at the show. I want to extend a warm welcome to all our new club members who have recently joined in the fun at StoryTellers. We have quite a few new members from the conventions we?ve attended recently in California, Florida, Utah, Arizona, Texas, New Hampshire and Virginia. We have also had several new members sign up through friends or over the internet. All you new members may want to check out our Discussion Boards to participate in some fun contests and challenges, ask questions about your new packs or just meet some great people. The ladies on our boards are the best you will find. You?ll feel at home with your first post. We have two new ladies to welcome to the StoryTellers Team. Kim Jensen will be working with Meagan in Customer Service to make sure you have everything you need. These ladies do a great job of keeping us in line around here and doing everything it takes to keep StoryTellers Members happy! Kim is a great addition to our team and we know you?ll enjoy working with her. We?re also excited to introduce our newest designer Alayna Marriott. We?re really lucky to have her on our team and we love her work.
